1995 Knowles Management was created by a team of specialists in partnering, procurement, commercial management and team behaviour to meet the demand from construction and property clients to improve service delivery and value for money
2004 Produced the Public Sector Partnering Contract (PSPC) in association with the Federation of Property Societies
  Accredited trainers for the National Federation of Builders
2005 Partnering Consultant of the Year – Housing Excellence Awards
  Appointed as specialist Partnering trainers and advisors to Byggherrarna (Swedish Construction Clients Forum)
2006 Accredited consultants for the National Change Agent
  Hill International buys the Knowles Group
2007 Management buy-out of Knowles Management to create Stradia Ltd - the entire Knowles Management team transfers to Stradia
  Partnership formed with the University of Sheffield, giving Stradia access to the most up-to-date thinking
  Nigel Barr appointed as Senior Associate to CIPFA Housing Advisory Network
2008 Launched the only recognised accredited Open Book Accounting qualification, in partnership with CIPFA Housing Advisory Network
