  • Development of tender documentation, ensuring you remain compliant with current regulations and meet your strategic objectives
  • Selection of partners using robust processes and scoring systems
  • Development and implementation of a target cost and open book accounting process that promotes effective commercial management and training for those required to implement it
  • Risk management to ensure that risks are clearly documented and communicated – risks are eliminated wherever possible, the remainder have a clear action plan so they can be managed proactively
  • Development and implementation of effective processes and clear roles and responsibilities that promote efficiency
  • Development and monitoring of performance targets which can be used to clearly demonstrate where value for money or efficiency savings are being achieved
  • Regular performance reviews – this is an increasingly popular service as many teams are finding that their good intentions and objectives get swamped by day-to-day demands and best value is not being delivered. Performance Reviews enable team members to stand back and review performance honestly without blame, recognise their successes and develop clear action plans for improving performance (either solving problem areas or taking performance to the next level)
  • Facilitation of workshops:
    - Start-up – to agree objectives, define working processes and build team relationships
    - Performance review – to review and improve performance
    - Close-out – to celebrate successes and to capture lessons learned to promote continuous improvement on future projects
  • Ongoing Framework management to provide team members with an experienced focal point, to assist in change management where required and to ensure that all good intentions are actioned – (eg. performance improvement)
  • We are very experienced in undertaking the role of Partnering Adviser, which is a designated role under the PPC2000 form of contract
